Uriah Heep
Fallen Angel
The music record Fallen Angel, released by Uriah Heep in 1978, was the band's ninth studio album. It was the first Uriah Heep album to feature vocalist John Lawton, who replaced former frontman David Byron, and was the last album to feature founding member Mick Box. The album was produced by Ken Scott, who has worked with the likes of David Bowie and The Beatles. The single “Free Me”, which was the only single released from the album, made it to the Top 30 in the UK, and the album was a Top 20 hit in the UK and Germany. Fallen Angel’s unique sound and mix of hard rock and prog rock has made it a favorite among Uriah Heep fans and critics alike, cementing its place as a classic rock album.
